What payment methods do you offer?
How do I switch to a different plan?
You can switch or upgrade to a different subscription plan anytime, by going to your Membership details on your profile page. Select the necessary plan and your subscription will be changed after the confirmed payment. See this video how you can choose and change your subscription plan. You can also always contact our support team to help you select or change the plan.
What is the active period of the subscription?
The subscription is active until the 25th day of the month following the reporting period. Example: If you pay for the subscription for the month of December – you will have the possibility to submit your VAT returns for December and all previous paid months until the 25th of January.
Will my customers have to leave my website in the process?
Customers don’t leave your website. LOVAT API is integrated into your site/app, and the order/payment process at the checkout happens on your site/app as well.
