How do I cancel LOVAT?

You may cancel your LOVAT Subscription at any time. And your access to the LOVAT platform will last until the end of the current billing period, since the subscription is pre-paid.

Will I be charged if I cancel my LOVAT membership?

You will not see the membership charges any more unless you restart your subscription. If you cancel with an amount of days left in your billing circle, you will be able to access the platform until the current billing period ends. The change will take place from the next billing period.

Could I rejoin if I cancel LOVAT?

Yes. You can restart your LOVAT Subscription Plan at any time you want. What happens when I cancel my plan? You will find a status of “Pending Cancellation” once you make the cancellation. Your account will still be active, until the next billing period arrive

Will I be refunded?

No. You will not get a refund since it is a pre-paid membership. The products and service LOVAT provides will remain untill the next cycle finishes, and your subscription plan expires.
